Government Documents
Kemp Library at East Stroudsburg University is a selective depository for United States government documents.
The Government Documents collection is administered and developed in accordance with the requirements set forth in both Chapter 19, Title 44 of the United States Code and the Federal Depository Library Handbook from the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) of the United States Government Publishing Office (GPO).
As a federal depository library, Kemp Library provides access and reference assistance to all users in the 11th Congressional District with a core collection of general government documents and documents that support the educational mission of East Stroudsburg University.
The Government Document Department is responsible for building, maintaining, and providing access to Kemp Library’s collection of over 95,000 United States and Pennsylvania state government documents, and access to government documents available electronically.
