The event, which is free admission, will include the introduction of the men's and women's basketball teams along with performances by the ESU band, cheerleaders and others groups. ESU students will have opportunities to win prizes with contests and giveaways throughout the event.

-Check-in starts at 2:30pm
-Sign your waiver and receive your court number at arrival
            
Donations: 
- 3 canned goods/ non-perishable foods/ toiletries per person
- total 6 to 9 items per team
           
Late arrival will lead to team dismissal
           
Inappropriate team names will be given a group numbers
