Checklist for Fall 2025 Registration
- Fall 2025 registration will take place in the New Warriors Connect Portal.
- All students will have a New ID Number beginning with the letter P followed by eight digits. The eight digits will be different from your current ID number. Access your new ID in your MyProfile Card in the Warriors Connect Portal.
- Schedule an appointment with your advisor to create a Fall 2025 schedule and obtain PIN number for registration
- Check your My Profile card in the Warriors Connect portal for holds that would prevent Fall 2025 registration
- Take action on holds if necessary
- The modality (teaching method) for each course section is displayed in Course Offerings
Modality Definitions
- Remote Synchronous

Code Definition Meeting Pattern RS Fully remote with any amount of synchronous instruction. Synchronous learning is learning that occurs at the same time, but not at the same place. Meeting pattern represents when students are required to virtually attend the course and engage in "real-time” instruction. - Remote Asynchronous

Code Definition Meeting Pattern RA Fully remote with no amount of synchronous instruction. Instructor of record provides material, lectures and tests that can be accessed at any time. No meeting pattern - students will never be required to virtually attend the course and engage in "real-time” instruction. Students may be given a timeframe – usually a one-week window – during which they need to connect at least once or twice with the instructor. - Online

Code Definition Meeting Pattern DE Traditional definition of "online.” Course has University-wide Curriculum Committee approval to be taught online between 90% - 100%. Meeting pattern is only required if students are required to virtually attend the course and engage on specific days/times. - Hybrid

Code Definition Meeting Pattern HB Hybrid learning is a combination of face-to-face classroom or experiential-learning experiences and online learning delivery. Meeting patterns when students are required to attend synchronous instruction (regardless of if the instruction is in-person or virtual). - Face-to-Face

Code Definition Meeting Pattern FF Traditional definition of face-to-face instruction where students are expected to attend in-person instruction at the scheduled days/times and in the scheduled room. Meeting pattern follows traditional course schedule with identified meeting days/times and location.
Fall 2025 Registration for continuing undergraduate students begins April 7, 2025. Graduate students and Priority Undergraduate Groups may register beginning on March 31, 2025. Students who belong to a Priority Undergraduate Group will be notified by the program coordinator.
Financial Aid: The 2025 - 2026 FAFSA must be completed in order to receive federal or state financial assistance. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Financial Aid Office at Student Financial Aid.
Billing: Fall 2025 billing information will be located in your Warriors Connect Portal. Current tuition rates for the 2025 - 2026 academic year. Questions about your Fall 2025 bill may be directed to billing@esu.edu.
Housing: All students must be registered for classes in order to maintain on campus housing.

*Continuing student registration is based on the total credits a student a student has earned toward their degree.
Set!
- Please familiarize yourself with the My Profile card available through the Warriors Connect portal.
- If you have any outstanding semester charges that you have not made arrangements to pay, your balance will be reflected as past due. You may also be billed for late charges for the semester. Your current bill is available to view from the Billing and Payments card in the Warriors Connect portal.
- If you have a hold on your account, the hold may affect your ability to register. You may view holds in My Profile in the Warriors Connect portal. Holds will need to be cleared prior to your registration start time.
- When you register for classes each term, you agree to pay the fees and charges assessed by ESU. Your Fall 2025 semester bill must be paid in full by the due date. No student shall enroll in classes until all balances have been paid.
Register!
- Please schedule an appointment with your faculty advisor to be advised on course selection and degree requirements. Your faculty advisor is assigned by your department chair or special program coordinator and will be listed in your Warriors Connect portal.
- Your degree audit can be accessed via the DegreeWorks link in the Warriors Connect portal. Please use this as a guide to help you determine how the courses that you have taken or are currently enrolled in will fit into your program/degree requirements. You will need to work with your faculty advisor to ensure that you are on track for completing requirements or to determine how your courses meet your major and general education requirements. If you discover any discrepancies while reviewing your degree audit, please let us know by sending an email with your questions and concerns to the Records and Registration area at records@esu.edu.
- Your faculty advisor will also give you your registration PIN which you will need to create or modify your Fall 2025 semester schedule. Save this 6-digit number as you will need it to add or drop classes for your Fall 2025 semester schedule.
- Review credits earned in the table above to determine your registration group and the first available time that you will be allowed to register.
- At your registration time students can begin registering for Fall 2025 classes through the Warriors Connect scheduling tool, Plan Ahead.
- Other important registration instructions such as signing up for a waitlist will also be found in the Warriors Connect portal.

**Fall 2025 registration starts at 8:00 a.m. on the specified date in the table above for each of the Registration Groups identified. Continuing students are encouraged to register at their corresponding registration time shown above.
If you will be relocating to a new local address for the upcoming academic year, update your local address. Please also review your phone and update if necessary. Click in the Warriors Connect portal to View and Update Address.
Returning students for Fall 2025. If you did not attend ESU for the Spring 2025 semester or prior you will need to complete a Returning Student Application to register for the upcoming Fall 2025 semester. You will have to meet with your department chair to obtain you PIN number for registration. Once you receive you PIN number you will be able to register through the Warriors Connect Portal.
New students for Fall 2025 will have their semester schedules built and coordinated by their academic departments. If you are going to be a new student with us for the Fall 2025 semester, you will receive your specific registration instructions after you have paid your enrollment deposit.
Transfer students for Fall 2025 will need to schedule an appointment with the chair of your department to obtain your PIN number for registration. Once you receive you PIN number you will be able to register through the Warriors Connect Portal.
