Apartments
Our Apartments house all upper class students. Students each have a semi-private bathroom in their suite that they share with one to two other students. These units all have a full kitchen (students do not need meal plans) and are fully furnished. All bedrooms are single occupancy and all units have fully adjustable heating and air conditioning.
University Apartments
University Apartments is an upper class co-ed apartment complex, housing 111 students. Students reside in 35 units with three students per apartment in three single rooms. Apartment units may be single gender or mixed gender, by request. Each apartment contains a living room, a furnished kitchen, two bathrooms and three single bedrooms.
University Ridge
University Ridge Apartments houses 539 students. University Ridge Apartments has all four bedroom/two bath apartments and houses only ESU students who have attained sophomore standing or higher or new transfer students to ESU. Apartment units may be single gender or mixed gender at the request of all four apartment mates. This hall is open for occupancy year-round.
