Scheduled Maintenance


  • The SAP Production systems including ECC, BI Reporting, eTime, SourcePoint (Ariba) and the Employee portals will be down to conduct our annual Disaster Recovery Exercise.


  • The IT Shared Services team will be conducting our annual SAP Production system Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise. This exercise is required and critical to our planning and response capabilities in the event that an actual disaster which impacts one of our data centers occurs.


  • Production systems will be shut down for maintenance at 3:00PM on Thursday, April 25th. All systems will be available again by 6:00AM on Friday, April 26th.

NOTE: During business hours on Friday (4/26) all users will be accessing the Production systems at our DR location performing live transactions; thereby exercising those systems real time.

  • Production systems will be shut down for maintenance at 3:00PM on Friday, April 26th. All systems will be available again by 6:00PM on Saturday, April 27th.


  • All SAP users at all locations.


  • During the planned maintenance periods on both 4/25 & 4/26, users will not be able to access SAP Production applications (ECC, BI reporting, eTime, SourcePoint & the Employee Portals).
