Students can select from two different Political Science Minors:

  • Politics and Government - 18 Semester Hours
  • Pre-Law - 18 Semester Hours

A minor in political science is a valuable compliment to other majors and makes a student a more attractive job candidate.

Students that select the politics and government minor work in both the public and private sectors. Many students find that this minor provides a solid basis for future study in graduate school.

Students that select the prelaw minor find that it opens the door to employment for an international corporation or nonprofit.
