eTime is an electronic timesheet for student employees to record their hours worked.
Student employees at ESU are paid every two weeks.
- Why can’t I log my hours in eTime?
If you have not completed requirements (such as Background Check) you will not have eTime access. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm what is missing, or for further assistance.
- I forgot to enter my hours this week. What should I do?
Contact the Student Payroll Specialist immediately at (570) 422-3422.
- I changed my bank, how do I update direct deposit information?
Visit the HR office to fill out direct deposit form and provide verification of new bank account (such as voided check or direct deposit letter from bank).
To prevent a failed direct deposit, inform HR office of the change as soon as possible.
