Once you have been hired, you will go through ESU's Onboarding process.

If you have been hired for a new position, you will receive a congratulatory email with instructions on how to complete the “Onboarding” process

These instructions will guide you in completing:

  1. New Hire paperwork
  2. Background Checks
  3. Compliance Training

Next, please bring these required documents to the Human Resources Office:

  • Valid form of Photo ID
  • Voided Check or Direct Deposit for to verify bank account information
  • Results of FBI Fingerprints
  • New Hire paperwork forms completed though Onboarding

Finally, a meeting will be scheduled for you to meet with a designated Human Resource Business Partner to discuss benefit eligibility, and get you settled into your new role.
