Classes Descriptions

  • Bootycamp: A class focusing in strengthening and toning all the muscle of your lower body and core.
  • Yoga: This class combines stretch and balance with breathing to allow the body to leave feeling relax and strengthened.
  • Warrior Workout: Want to get lean, tone, and fit? This strengthening class uses light to moderate weights with high repetitions to give you a full body workout that will leave you feeling challenged and ready for more.
  • Total Body Stretch: Having trouble with Yoga because of balance issues? This full body flexibility class is solely focused on stretching through simple movements that will leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
  • Cycling: This is a group exercise class on stationary bikes has the instructors guide you through simulated flats, hills, climbs and sprints. It is a great cardiovascular workout using pumped up music to keep you motivated. Must have a towel, water, and Cycling pass to participate.
  • HIIT: A cardiovascular & strength based fitness class combining rigorous intervals with high intensity exercises.
  • Cardio Dance: a cardiovascular whole body workout using different types of dance & choreography. Easy to follow movements combined with motivating music.
