  2. Obtain a Membership Form: Membership application is available in the University Center, MRC or RecB or you can Download to print a copy.
  3. Purchase your Membership: Memberships are currently being filled out using Adobe Sign. Please visit the Mattioli Rec Center or email Gerard Morgan to have an application sent to you.
    1. Payment Options: Cash, credit cards, checks, or Venmo are accepted. Payroll deduction is available for University employees.
    2. Payment Plans: Payment choices include by semester or year.
    3. Campus Rec & Wellness does not have any joining fees!

ESU Students – Living off Campus

Fees: Not included in your University Fees. You must opt-in to the Rec Center Fee if you would wish to utilize the Rec Center. To opt-in to the Rec Center Fee. The fee will be added to your student account.

ESU Students – Living on Campus

Fees: Included in University Fees. The person registered and paid for classes in the fall, spring, and/or summer sessions.

Membership Details:

  • Members have unrestricted access to both facilities. An ESU Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Retiree or Student with a current membership must sponsor his/her spouse or domestic partner.
  • The length of the spouse or domestic partner’s membership may not exceed the sponsor’s membership. Examples: Spouse of a student may only purchase the current semester as student memberships are only one semester at a time. If a staff member purchases an annual membership, the domestic partner may purchase any number of semesters provided it does not exceed the end date of the staff’s membership. If a faculty member cancels his/her membership, the domestic partner’s membership will be automatically canceled.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Faculty and Staff Payroll Deduction is not available for this option.
  • Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we will no longer be able to allow Alumni, Spouses, or Guests to utilize the facility.
