Mission Statement

The mission of the WellU Committee is to provide the campus community with opportunities to foster and celebrate a life-long commitment to wellness. The committee will accomplish this by:

  1. Empowering individuals to pursue healthy lifestyles.
  2. Collaborating with community partners to provide information, programs and activities.
  3. Nurturing efforts to develop a campus community that embraces wellness.

  • Tuesday: Yoga 5:00 - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: Cardio Abs 5:00 - 5:45 PM
  • Thursday: Circuit Training 5:00 - 5:45 PM
  • Friday: Zumba 4:30 - 5:15 PM
