East Stroudsburg University’s Social Media Ambassador program, overseen by ESU’s office of university relations, is a unique and fun opportunity for students from all majors to gain professional experience representing a brand, pitching ideas, working collaboratively with faculty, staff and other students, and communicating to a mass audience on social media platforms. Social Media Ambassadors will create content for ESU’s main social media channels, through photos, videos and stories. This content will tell the story of our campus and the Warriors that call it home.
The Social Media Ambassadors will meet as a group once a month. They will be expected to keep in contact with the office of university relations throughout the month. The Social Media Ambassadors will be assigned projects and expected to complete assignments on deadline.
Students of all majors interested in social media, blogging, video production, marketing, photography and event planning are invited to apply to become a Social Media Ambassador. Applicants should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, well rounded in extra-curricular activities, and not have a student conduct record.
