Event Spaces
There are many locations available on the ESU campus to hold events – academic spaces, multipurpose rooms, lecture halls, and more. Spaces are reserved by many different departments, so if you are unsure about which location would best suit your event or you do not see it listed, please feel free to contact Conference Services for more information.
The list below provides the basic information needed to make a space request:
- Name of event
- Contact person for reservation and day of event
- Date and backup or rain date
- Start and end times
- Location and rain location
- Type of event (student club, department meeting, conference, performance, etc.)
- How many are expected to attend
- Is the event open to the public
- Budget
- Marketing
- Catering
Work Orders
Tables & chairs, signs, A/V, and other event setups require the event organizer to submit facility work orders. Please contact Conference Services for more information.
