Parking for persons with disabilities has been designated throughout the campus. These areas are marked with Accessible signs. The unauthorized use of these spaces will result in a fine of $100 to $200. The vehicle may also be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Use of an accessible space is restricted by law to vehicles occupied by individuals with a valid Persons with Disabilities ID card and which bear an authorized Persons with Disabilities plate or placard (See title 75 section 3354(d)(1)(2)(3))
- Persons wishing to have a hearing on a parking violation issued for parking illegally in an accessible parking space may do so at the District Justice Office after a state citation is issued for failure to pay the original parking ticket
All reserved parking spaces are marked with signs and are reserved 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the calendar year with the exception of those locations that have times indicated on the signs. The unauthorized use of reserved spaces may result in a fine of $50 and the vehicle may also be booted/towed at the owner/operator’s expense.
