- Degree/certificate program (if applicable)
- Degree/certificate conferral date (if applicable)
- Honors earned (if applicable)
Ordering a Transcript
Current students will be able to access transcript ordering via myESU Portal. Former students and alumni will be able to access the transcript ordering site at Transcript Request. To order, you will need to provide the email address of the person who will be receiving the transcript. After the order is placed, the recipient of the transcript will receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve the secured document. The electronic transcript will arrive as a PDF.
It is the University's practice to send official transcripts electronically at no charge to current or former students who do not currently have a hold on their record.*
Official transcripts that require printing and mailing will incur a handling charge of $2.50 per transcript (plus shipping fees for expedited or international delivery).
You have the option to pick up official paper copies of your transcript(s) at no charge at the front counter in the Student Enrollment Center in Zimbar Hall. Prior to arriving please check your record for any transcript holds as transcripts will not be issued if there is a hold on the account.*
If you are a current student you may print unofficial transcripts at any time by logging into your myESU portal.
You may not obtain a transcript for a third party, without a written release form signed by the student.
*Transcript hold may be placed on the student account due to an outstanding financial or other university obligation.
If you are currently enrolled in courses and want the grades in those courses to be included on your transcript, or if you will be receiving a degree and want the information about your degree to appear on your transcript, the production of your transcript can be delayed until the end of the academic semester/session when the desired information has been added to your record. Be sure to note these special instructions with your request.
If express delivery is needed, you will be responsible for additional delivery costs.
If your request requires special handling, such as being mailed in a special envelope or being accompanied by an attachment, you should come directly to the Student Enrollment Center so that your request can be handled personally.
Any questions or concerns regarding academic transcripts can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (570) 422-2805.
