How to Get It
Graduates will receive an email and text notification with instructions for electronically claiming their diploma.
Follow these simple steps:
- Check your ESU email and text messages for the award notification.
- Follow the link to set up your Parchment digital credentials account.
- Share your digital diploma on Facebook and LinkedIn or download a secure .pdf version.
Your digital diploma will always be accessible through your Parchment account. You
can login and download or share it
again and again -- at no cost to you.
Your diploma notification will be sent to your ESU email address on file.

How to order a replacement/duplicate diploma?
East Stroudsburg University will reissue diplomas for alumni who have lost or damaged a diploma. Replacement diplomas follow the current diploma format. They are printed with the original graduation date, but with signatures of current University Officials. Alumni may request a replacement/duplicate diploma by submitting an order through Parchment storefront.
The basic fee for replacement/duplicate diploma (paper and digital) mailed non-expedited is $25.00. For both US and international destinations, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee as outlined within the Parchment order request. Expedited shipping does not mean expedited processing.
