These are teacher candidates who are committed to fostering a community of effortful learning that reflects the highest standards for teaching and learning in ways that are respectful and responsive to the needs and backgrounds of co-workers and learners alike.

You will use this form to complete the Dispositions Self-Assessment at this stage of your program progression. Submitting this form is a requirement for the TEC Approval Application. Comments are required for each domain; you may share examples of how you are already displaying those dispositions or discuss how you plan to improve in that area.
