Mattioli Recreation Center will be open for the Spring Semester starting on Monday January 17th at 12:00pm! We are back with limited Group Fitness Classes, Leagues, Club Sports, and of course, Open Rec!

- Will the Rec Center be open for the Spring?
Yes. We will be open starting starting January 17th at 12:00pm!
- What are the facility hours?
Day Times/Sessions Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM Friday
6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday
11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Do I need to pay to use the Rec Center?
If you are a student, the fee is already included in your student bill. If you are Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Retiree, or Spouse, you will need to purchase a membership.
- Do I have to wear a mask?
In accordance with the University Guidelines regarding universal face coverings, Campus Rec & Wellness will be implementing a mandatory mask policy at all times while in the facility. You will be required to wear a mask entering the facility, using equipment, participating in group fitness, playing sports and walking around the facility. Members who fail to comply will be asked to leave.
- What are you doing to make it safe?
We are increasing our cleaning schedule, mandating masks be worn at all times, and encouraging social distancing when possible!
- What is the Rec Center going to offer?
We will be offering group fitness classes, leagues, club sports, and open rec!
- Can we play basketball?
Absolutely, but masks still need to be worn, so please plan accordingly.
