Accelerated Pathways: 3-Year B.S. and 4-Year M.S.
Complete your BS in Exercise Science in 3 years. Or stay for 4 and have a MS graduate degree as well.
Students who meet admission criteria can complete their BS in Exercise Science in 3 years by strategically accelerating coursework and culminating experiences under the direction of a faculty advisor. The experience and requirements are the same for the 3 or 4 year BS in Exercise Science but affords the student quicker entry into the workforce or admission into one of our 1-year accelerated MS graduate programs.
B.S. in Exercise Science: 3-Year Accelerated Track
Students accepted to the 3-Year Accelerated Track will be given the unique opportunity to complete their undergraduate degree in 3 calendar years. Potential benefits of our accelerated program include:
- Early entry into the workforce or graduate/professional school
- Completion of undergraduate and master’s degree in 4 years if attending one of ESU’s graduate programs in exercise science
- Reduced reliance on student loans
- Additional academic and social experiences with other accelerated students and faculty
Combined Bachelor's and Master's Degrees: 5-Year, Direct Admit Program
The Direct Graduate Admission program guarantees participating students a seat in one of our nationally recognized and accredited graduate programs, M.S. in Exercise Science or M.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology, upon completion of the B.S. degree and provided students maintain their excellent academic performance.
The Direct Graduate Admission program is automatically offered to academically well-qualified incoming first year or transfer students majoring in Exercise Science and participation is voluntary.
