I teach courses related to exercise physiology, sport nutrition, sport performance, and the role of exercise in chronic disease management. My research interests include the etiology of fatigue during high-intensity intermittent exercise, the role of exercise in the prevention and management of obesity, and minimizing the deleterious effects of environmental extremes on physical activity.
