Jazz Ensembles

Regularly featuring some of the world's finest guest jazz musicians, the ESU Jazz Ensemble has an exciting history of offering its members the opportunity to perform a wide range of jazz styles. These styles include: jazz waltz, swing, basie swing, samba, and a plethora of Latin style music.

Jazz Ensemble rehearses Thursday evenings from 7:00 - 9:00 PM.

This ensemble is open to all ESU students and community members with previous experience in high school, university or other community ensembles. It also provides the opportunity for ESU students to be featured soloist in any given piece, regardless of instrument. The Jazz Ensemble performs at several events throughout the year as well.
