Tevfik Demirciftci received his M.Sc. degree in Hospitality Information Management from University of Delaware, his second PhD degree-hospitality administration from University of Nevada Las Vegas and his first PhD Degree-tourism management from Istanbul University.
He has Excel Specialist and Expert Certificate approved by Microsoft Office. He has 22 years international experience in casinos (MGM-Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa), hotels (Marriott, Ritz-Carlton) and restaurants (Buddakan Atlantic City) in Bahrain, United States and Turkey.
Teaching Interest
Since 2014, he taught Introduction to Hospitality Management (6 Semesters), Food & Beverage Cost Control (2 Semesters), Revenue Management (2 Semester), Information Technology (2 Semester) and Food and Beverage Cost Control (2 Semesters). He is a certified hospitality educator approved by American Hotel Lodging & Educational Institute. He is dedicated to student success by providing the latest technology used in the industry to the classroom.

Prof. Arthur is the executive director of the Stroud Region Open Space and Recreation Commission (SROSRC), which has oversight of more than 25 public parks, protected lands, and greenway trail systems in the community surrounding East Stroudsburg University, as well as public recreation programs provided in these facilities.
With a B.S. in environmental science and education from Gettysburg College, she approaches recreation from a background of sustainable land management and environmental education.

Chris was Executive Vice President/COO/CFO for Target Media and Target Digital, a leading east coast media and advertising firm headquartered in Harrisburg, PA. Prior to Target Media and Target Digital he held multiple senior management roles ranging from sales and marketing to theme park operations with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts for over twenty years.

Currently, I am working as the Director of the Office of International Programs at ESU. I have a B.S. degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management with a concentration in Environmental Interpretation from Penn State University.
