Stacey Hoyt - Program Coordinator
This will be Stacey’s seventh year as a CILLS instructor and third as Coordinator.
Stacey has 26 years’ experience in the field of Special Education.
Stacey received her Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University, majoring in Business
Management, minoring in Special Education She graduated from Columbia University’s
Teachers College with a Masters in Special Education.
Stacey was Supervisor of Training at YAI in New York City for ten years before moving
to the Poconos.
She substituted in the Stroudsburg Area School District until she came to the CILLS
program.

Day to day classroom instruction
Oversee participant learning experiences and progress
Conduct learning experiences in specific areas
Updating parents on CILLS classes and student’s overall progress
Meet with students and CILLS staff daily (weekdays) to ensure schedule and routine
and keep record of inclusive activities
Support student success by meeting with students individually for advisement
Prepare and participate in future plans leading to program outcomes and expectations
Continuous improvement, update and revise the program curriculum as needed
Assist in the integration of students in participating in ESU’s academic classes
Participate in regular communication with families of the students and with mentors
Participate in the exist transition meetings with individual students and their families
Conduct weekly meeting with Program Director to review student progress and program

Dylan Doran - Vocational Coordinator
This will be Dylan’s sixth year with the CILLS staff. Dylan is from Scranton, Pa but
recently moved to Eason, Pa.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitative and Human Services from East Stroudsburg
University in 2016.
Dylan also received his Master’s degree from East Stroudsburg University in Special
Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019.
Dylan was a student mentor/house manager for the CILLS program for 5 years.

Updating parents on student progress with regards to internships and CILLS classes
Conduct learning experiences in specific vocational courses
Reaching out to university departments for internship opportunities, based on students’
interest
Coordinating mentors and job coaches for student interns
Determining student need for job coach and phasing out process to natural supports
Communicating with internship supervisors to monitor
Conducts community collaboration for off-campus internships
Conduct semester end evaluations of students, collect data and progress and maintain
an ongoing data collection system in reporting student’s progress and development

Hilary Morrow - Academic Coordinator
This will be her third year with the CILLS program. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree
from Ohio State University and a Masters of Education with Instructional certification
in Special Education from East Stroudsburg University.
Hilary has worked in Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg school districts for almost
15 years.
She concentrated her efforts on students with emotional, intellectual and behavioral
disabilities, most recently at PA Treatment and Healing.
Hilary is excited to begin the next chapter of her professional life at East Stroudsburg
University working for the CILLS department.

Arranging and assisting students in auditing classes
Running study halls for students, monitoring progress and assisting with homework
Reaching out to Professors in all subject areas of the university, based on students’
interests
Communicating with all audit professors, modifying all coursework, communicating with
student mentors, and keeping track on how the CILLS students are doing in their courses.
The Academic Coordinator will conduct evaluations as provided or develop for student
performance, and assist in a process for establishing and ensuring outcome measures
for student success.

Dr. Cavaiuolo has been in the rehabilitation/human service and special education field
for 42 years. He teaches practices of inclusion in school and community life, including
employment opportunities.
