Single Audit Reports (A-133)
As a recipient of Federal funds, East Stroudsburg University is subject to a Single Audit, also known as the OMB A-133 Audit.
East Stroudsburg University is part of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (State System), and as such the Single Audit is performed at the State System level which includes Federal funds from all 14 Universities, the Dixon University Center, and the Chancellor's Office.
This audit, performed annually by an independent firm, ensures that the State System, including East Stroudsburg University, is in compliance with Federal laws and regulations.
