Intent to Graduate
Instructions
A candidate for a bachelor’s degree must declare their intent to graduate by submitting their graduation application. If you will be receiving both a BA and a BS at the same time (dual degree), two applications are required.
The application is available in the Warriors Connect Portal, Graduation Card.
May Graduation
The completed application must be submitted February 10th in order to be eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony, for your name to be listed in the commencement program and for recognition of honors at the ceremony.
August Graduation
The completed application must be submitted by February 10th in order to be eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony, for your name to be listed in the May commencement program and for recognition of honors at the ceremony.
December Graduation
To be eligible to have your degree conferred with the December date, the completed application must be submitted by December 1st.
January Graduation
To be eligible to have your degree conferred with the January date, the completed application must be submitted by December 1st.
If you have already submitted your intent to graduate application and have changed any of your personal information, do not re-submit your application. Please contact graduation@esu.edu for assistance.
