Graduate Intent to Graduate
Application for Graduate Graduation
Candidates for Master or Doctoral degrees must complete and submit this form. If you are applying for 2 degrees, two applications are required.
December Graduation
To be eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony and have your name/thesis information listed in the commencement program, the completed application must be submitted to the Graduate office by December 2nd.
January Graduation
To be eligible to have your degree conferred with the January date, the completed application must be submitted to the Graduate office by December 2nd.
May Graduation
To be eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony and have your name/thesis information listed in the commencement program, the completed application must be submitted to the Graduate College by February 10th with approval of the Graduate Director.
August Graduation
To be eligible to have your degree conferred with the August date, the completed application must be submitted to the Graduate office by February 10th with approval of the Graduate Director.
