How to Make a Payment
ESU offers many options to make paying your bill quick and easy.
Our Warrior Payment Plan gives you the convenience of making monthly payments throughout the semester.
Online payments can be made through your portal 24/7. You can also pay in person or by mail.
Online
You can make payments online through the Warrior Connect portal using an electronic check free of charge. Credit card payments are also accepted online. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
A non-refundable service fee is charged by our third party vendor for each credit card payment made online.
In Person
Stop by Zimbar-Liljenstein Hall and pay at the cashier's office room 185. Our cashier accepts cash, checks, money orders and debit cards (pin # required).
Cashier hours are:
- Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Friday - 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (During the summer session, we close at 11 am on Fridays)

Fall 2025 Warrior Payment Plan Details
Fall 2025 Warrior Payment Plan – 5 months:
Fall Semester Only – Fall 2025 Payment Plan enrollment period for this plan is 7/24/2025 to 8/22/2025. With this plan, you must enroll for the fall 2025 semester and re-enroll for the spring 2026 semester. There is a $35.00 charge each time you enroll.
Fall 2025 Warrior Payment Plan – 4 months:
Fall Semester Only – Fall 2025 Payment Plan enrollment period for this plan is 8/25/2025 to 9/12/2025. With this plan, you must enroll for the fall 2025 semester and re-enroll for the spring 2026 semester. There is a $35.00 charge each time you enroll.
Fall 2025 Warrior Payment Plan – 3 months:
Fall Semester Only – Fall 2025 Payment Plan enrollment period for this plan is 9/15/2025 to 10/3/2025. With this plan, you must enroll for the fall 2025 semester and re-enroll for the spring 2026 semester. There is a $35.00 charge each time you enroll.
Please note: The last day to enroll in a fall 2025 Warrior Payment Plan is 10/3/2025.
