East Stroudsburg University is hosting its 9th Annual MLK Day of Service on February 21, 2023, from 1 pm to 3 pm in Common Grounds in the University Center. We welcome all campus and community members to participate in the day of giving back. This year, we are collectingnew and unused baby items and self-care items for new mothers working with the Nurse-Family Partnership.

The Nurse-Family Partnership empowers first-time moms to transform their lives and create better futures for themselves and their babies by providing regular visits, care, and support for these moms throughout their pregnancy.

If you are unable to attend the MLK Day of Service, we welcome you to bring donations to the Center for Multicultural Affairs located at 96 Normal Street.

This program is co-sponsored by Monroe County NAACP.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact Lyesha Fleming, Director of the Center for Multicultural Affairs and Inclusive Education (570) 422-3896 or email at lfleming@esu.edu.
