Get Your eCard

For Students

Orientation students need to bring a photo ID such as driver's license, state photo ID, or passport.

If you are not attending orientation, you will need to be enrolled for classes before you can obtain your eCard.

Fees for eCards are included in eCard fee on the student bill. Subsequent replacement cards are subject to replacement fees.

For Employees

Employees should be entered into the Human Resources database before a university identification card will be issued.

The employee should check with Human Resources to see that this step is complete.

New employees need to bring a photo ID such as a driver's license, state photo ID, or passport.

There is no fee for Employees/Faculty/Staff to receive an eCard.
