ESU's Men of Color Alliance (MOCA) is an academic, social, support, and engagement group managed by the Multicultural Male Initiative as an extension of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

MOCA serves as a connection point for men of color to gather in friendship, to help create and maintain a supportive environment at ESU, and to provide support in the transition to college and help students persist until graduation.

It is advised by Asia Wright, Assistant Director for Fitness and Well-Being, Yssa (Manny) Bassa, Graduate Student within the Department of Biology, and Curtis Dugar, Director for Residential and Dining Services and Co-Chair for the Multicultural Male Initiative.
