Women of Color Initiative
The purpose of the Women of Color Initiative is to create a safe space for all women during their academic journey at ESU.
During their time at ESU, they are provided with support, unification and a sense of community while working together to dismantle a variety of barriers that women frequently face.
WOCI prioritizes mentorship, academic excellence, self-awareness and student engagement as a basis for our women's growth and development.
WOCI is open to all ESU students, and we actively encourage students of all backgrounds to participate and engage in the program.
