ESU’s Career Development Center hosts an online job board called WarriorCareers. WarriorCareers is free for employers to list positions and ensures next day posting on the internet. WarriorCareers is the most effective tool to reach out to our students regarding employment opportunities
Every student at the school has an account that provides them with direct access to your company profile and job/internship posting, as well as frequent email reminders about new positions added to the system.

Every semester, ESU has a Career and Internship Employment Expo open to all students and alumni. We hope you will consider coming out to the university to meet the students and introduce them to internships, part-time and full-time career opportunities,
Opportunities exist to sponsor a variety of our events or the publications associated with these events. Examples of special events include:

- Etiquette Dinners
- Networking events

Recruitment Policies and Procedures
The Career Development Center will assist you in any way we can connect your organization with the best candidates. The Career Development Center operates under the ethical standards of professional conduct set forth by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). All employers and third-party recruiting organizations that recruit East Stroudsburg University students and recent alumni are expected to follow the NACE Principles for Professional Practice. Any organizations that violate these principles and/or the guidelines to follow may have their recruiting privileges revoked.
Individuals hiring for openings associated with private individuals or residences (e.g. babysitting, gardening, driving, house cleaning, tutoring, moving, painting, maintenance, elder care, etc.) are not permitted to recruit.
Foreign-based Firms: Employers that are foreign-based firms with no U.S. locations and third-party recruiters who represent foreign-based firms with no U.S. locations will not be eligible to use Warrior Careers.
