Warriors! Great News! ESU has a virtual Q Ticketing System which will significantly reduce customer service waiting – even when not on campus or near the Zimbar Building.

Schedule appointments (in person or Zoom session) to set aside time to address more detailed needs and concerns.

Students off campus no longer have to wait in line in-person to meet with a Student Enrollment Center representative. Take a "virtual ticket" and continue to work on classwork, send an email, or socialize with friends while they wait to speak to someone about financial aid, billing, graduation, registration, records, parking tickets and more!

So whether you’re having lunch in the University Center … working out at the Recreation Center … or studying in Kemp Library, you can make sure you arrive back to the Student Enrollment Center in time for your appointment!
