Fraternity and Sorority Life
Since 1961 we have been proud to have fraternities and sororities, colloquially known as Greek Life, at East Stroudsburg University.
Approximately 6.5% of ESU students are members of one of the thirteen social fraternities and sororities on campus.
We have six sororities and seven fraternities across multiple National Umbrella organizations including: North-American Interfraternity Conference, National Multicultural Greek Council, National Panhellenic Conference, and National Pan-Hellenic Council. We have one sorority that is a local organization and is unique to East Stroudsburg University.

Cultural Fraternities
The fraternities and sororities are value-based organizations dedicated to the principles of scholarship, leadership, service, and friendship. Each organization subscribes to a specific set of core values and beliefs that assist in building lifelong friendships among its members.
Becoming a member of a Greek letter organization can be a positive and life-shaping opportunity that enhances the college experience of students.
