Complaints

The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE or the Commission) provides two opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and members of the public to submit information regarding the qualifications for accreditation of its member institutions: Complaints and Third Party Comments.

Complaints are a means of providing information and evidence regarding an institution’s compliance with the Commission’s standards for accreditation, requirements of affiliation, and policies and procedures outside of a scheduled accreditation review.

Third party comments are a means of providing information and evidence regarding an institution’s compliance with the Commission’s standards for accreditation, requirements of affiliation, and policies and procedures as part of a scheduled accreditation review. The Commission accepts third party comments about the quality of a member institution when an institution is approaching a scheduled accreditation review.
