How to Make a Payment

ESU offers many options to make paying your bill quick and easy.

Our Warriors Payment Plan gives you the convenience of making monthly payments throughout the semester.

Online payments can be made through your portal 24/7. You can also pay in person or by mail.

Online

You can make payments online through the Warriors Connect portal using an electronic check free of charge. Credit card payments are also accepted online. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

A non-refundable service fee is charged by our third party vendor for each credit card payment made online.

In Person

Stop by Zimbar-Liljenstein Hall and pay at the cashier's office room 185. Our cashier accepts cash, checks, money orders and debit cards (pin # required).

Cashier hours are:

• Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Friday - 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (During the summer session 10-11 a.m.)

Warrior Payment Plan Details

Spring 2026 Warrior Payment Plan – 5 months:

Spring Semester Only – Spring 2026 Payment Plan enrollment period for this plan is 12/11/2025 to 1/9/2026. There is a $35.00 charge each time you enroll.

Spring 2026 Warrior Payment Plan – 4 months:

Spring Semester Only – Spring 2026 Payment Plan enrollment period for this plan is 1/12/2026 to 2/6/2026. There is a $35.00 charge each time you enroll.

Spring 2026 Warrior Payment Plan – 3 months:

Spring Semester Only – Spring 2026 Payment Plan enrollment period for this plan is 2/9/2026 to 3/6/2026. There is a $35.00 charge each time you enroll.

Please note: The last day to enroll in a spring 2026 Warrior Payment Plan is 3/6/2026.

Tuition Deferment

If your employer reimburses you for tuition, you may qualify for our tuition deferment plan at no cost to you.

Tuition deferment gives you the flexibility to pay ESU at the end of the semester. This takes away the burden of paying up front costs before receiving your reimbursement from your employer.

1. Applicants must be in good standing with the university.
2. Students will be personally responsible for any charges due to withdrawal from a course.
3. Students will receive mid-term grades and statements for informational purposes.
4. Students will be considered delinquent, and no further semesters will be cleared, unless the prior deferred balance is paid in full per the agreement as described.
5. Complete the External Employer Assisted Tuition Deferment Form.
