Warriors Connect is ESU’s student portal. Students use it to access registration and enrollment services, course information, class schedules and grades, financial aid, payments, D2L, Office 365, library resources, and other campus services.

New students assigned to Buildings 1–5 move in Wednesday, August 19, from 8 to 11 a.m. New students assigned to Buildings 6–10 move in Wednesday, August 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Returning students assigned to Buildings 1–5 move in Friday, August 21, from 8 to 11 a.m. Returning students assigned to Buildings 6–10 move in Saturday, August 22, from 8 to 11 a.m.

Housing provides a suggested packing list based on recommendations from previous residence hall students. Roommates should coordinate larger or shared items to avoid bringing duplicates.

Housing permits items such as fans, coffee makers, microwaves, and small refrigerators. Alcohol, candles, pets, dartboards, toasters, Foreman grills, toaster ovens, and incense are among the prohibited items. Air conditioners require medical approval, and comfort or therapy animals must be approved by OASIS.

Students can view and pay their bill online through their portal 24 hours a day. ESU also accepts payments in person or by mail.

Yes. ESU’s Warrior Payment Plan allows families to make monthly payments throughout the semester instead of paying the full balance at the start of the term. The published enrollment cost is $35 per semester.

Yes. The Pay My Bill page includes an option for students to set up an authorized user for billing access.

The 2026–2027 Academic Calendar lists semester dates, holidays, breaks, deadlines, and final examination periods.

ESU’s Course Registration page provides registration dates and instructions for current students. Students should also work with their academic advisor and monitor Warriors Connect.

Students can add or change a meal plan through the Housing and Commuter Application link in Warriors Connect. They should select Dining and then choose the option to add or change a meal plan. Meal plan changes or cancellations must be completed during the first two weeks of classes.

ESU publishes current housing rates and dining plan information online. Students living on campus are initially assigned the 19-meal plan, and changes or additions can be made through Warriors Connect.

The Current Students page links to Warriors Connect, advising, careers, course registration, disability services, parking and commuting, billing, tutoring, transcripts, graduation information, and other frequently used resources.

Students should complete a Student Absence Notification form and include any related documentation. Once reviewed, notification will be sent from the Dean of Student Life to faculty.

The CARE program can assist with student concerns through its referral form.
