Providing Students Access to Free Professional Clothing
Top Threads opened in 2021 through an ESU foundation grant to provide students with access to professional clothing for free.
In the closet you can find shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, shoes, ties, belts, purses, accessories, etc.
These items can be worn in various field settings such as schools and internship locations.
Additionally, items can be used for job interviews, events for student organizations or celebrations or any time you may need a professional outfit.
If you are in the closet and you cannot find items specific to your size and/or field, please let us know.
We have a variety of clothing in our storage area, and we also have some very generous donors who can possibly assist.
Hours
- Monday 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Tuesday & Wednesday 3:45 - 5:15 p.m.
- Thursday 10 - 11 a.m.
Access Closet
There are two ways you can access the closet. The first is to come during open hours or complete the inquiry form.
When you visit the closet, we ask that you complete an exit slip that identifies what inventory you received.
Donations
If you are interested in donating, please drop them off to Aurelia Torres in Stroud Hall 105 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. or contact mlabadie3@esu.edu for pick up.
