About the EDE Division
East Stroudsburg University division of Economic Development & Entrepreneurship (EDE) addresses the critical role higher education plays in economic development to position the university as a leader in innovation, entrepreneurship, research, and workforce training.
- Mission: The ESU division of Economic Development and Entrepreneurship's mission is to generate innovative and entrepreneurial initiatives that enrich the university's learning environment and engage the greater community in driving economic growth.
- Vision: The ESU division of Economic Development and Entrepreneurship will be recognized as a catalyst for university-based economic development and entrepreneurship that transforms the region.
The EDE team works closely with students, faculty, staff and business partners in addressing regional, national and international economic development opportunities.
