ESU Merit-Based Institutional Scholarships for Fall 2025
The Office of Admissions automatically reviews candidates for merit award eligibility during the admission application process. If eligible for a merit-based scholarship, you will receive a scholarship notice following your acceptance. All merit scholarship amounts will be included in your financial aid award letter.
Scholarships are provided on a funds-available basis, so apply for admission early.
Merit Scholarship
Incoming freshman and transfer students could be eligible based on their academic performance at their previous educational institution.
How to Apply
No need to apply! You are automatically considered when your admissions application is submitted to ESU and processed. Late applicants will be considered on a funds-available basis.
Renewal Criteria
Scholarships can be renewed every year by earning 30 credits per academic year with a qualifying GPA.
