There are many ways to contact Kemp Library. Patrons can expect to receive a reply within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Ways to Contact Kemp Library

Visit Us: Visit the library during regular operating hours. If you need help from a librarian, ask at the Circulation Desk.

Schedule an Appointment: Use LibCal to schedule an in person or virtual appointment with a librarian.

Chat with Us: Live chat with a librarian Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. by using the red Ask Us button on the library homepage. Chat messages go to the library email when chat is offline.

Call Us: Call the Circulation Desk (570) 422-3126 or leave a message on the Research Assistance Line at (570) 422-3594.

Email Us: Use the Kemp Library Contact Form to send an email to all librarians, or use klibrary@esu.edu.
