Spring 2020

The academic calendar is divided into fall and spring semesters of approximately 15 weeks each and summer and winter sessions of varying length. The last week of the fall and spring semesters is set aside for final examinations.

The holidays and vacations observed by the university are noted below. Spring break is the week following the spring semester midterm.

• 16 Winter Session Faculty Deadline to Submit Final Grades to Registrar's Office by 9:00 AM
• 19 Residence Halls Open
• 21 Spring Courses Begin
• 24 Last Day to Drop Quarter 3 Course as No Grade
• 24 Last Day to Add Quarter 3 Course
• 25 Quarter 3 Withdrawal (W) Grade Period Begins
• 28 Last Day to Drop Semester Course as No Grade
• 28 Last Day to Add Semester Course
• 29 Semester Withdrawal (W) Grade Period Begins

February

• 10 Priority Deadline to Submit "Intent to Graduate" Application for Spring 2020 Graduation (May) for Undergraduate and Graduate Students
• 10 Priority Deadline to Submit "Intent to Graduate" Application for Summer 2020 Graduation (August) for Undergraduate and Graduate Students
• 14 FAFSA Priority Deadline for New Incoming Freshmen to be Considered for Institutional Funding
• 21 Last Day to Withdraw (W) from Quarter 3 Course

March

• 9 Spring Break - No Classes
• 16 Classes Resume
• 17 Quarter 3 Ends
• 17 Midterm Grade Links Open for Faculty
