The Business and Management Department offers a graduate program, Management and Leadership in Organizational Behavior and Accounting.

The Management and Leadership in Organizational Behavior is a 33 credit program. The Management and Leadership in Organizational Behavior challenges students to stretch their understanding of human behavior in organizations and to develop their leadership abilities by engaging them in topics related to individual behavior, interpersonal behavior, group and team behavior, organizational structure, systems, culture, human resource management, career management, inclusion and leading organizational change.

The Master of Science in Accounting program is a 30-credit, non-thesis professional degree that can be completed in 12 months and also delivers an affordable “4+1” bachelors and master’s degree trajectory.

This program is the only graduate-level Accounting program within a 60-mile radius, and just the third in Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education.

Upon completion, students are qualified to sit for the Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination. Accounting professionals are among the top 15 most demanded professions, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and the means by which organizations communicate vital financial information.
