Route & Submit Proposal

1. Contact the OSPR (inform us at least 4 weeks prior to deadline of your intent to apply; share all pertinent submission information, guidelines, RFP, etc.)
2. Submit draft of narrative and budget to OSPR (at least three weeks before the funder's submission deadline)
3. Complete the Institutional Review Board (IRB) application OR Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) application (if applicable)
4. Finalize narrative and budget with edits and guidance from OSPR
5. Register on ESU eGRANTS
6. Complete the online application for External Grant Funding in the ESU eGRANTS portal
7. The OSPR will review your application and route it for electronic approvals (may take up to 10-14 days)
8. The OSPR will submit the complete proposal 1 – 2 days before the deadline (Be available to clarify questions and to develop last minute materials, if necessary)
