Who Should Apply

This program is designed for certified educators who:

  • Hold a valid PA Instructional I or II certification (or equivalent)
  • Have at least five years of professional experience in special education or related services
  • Seek state certification as a Supervisor of Special Education in Pennsylvania
  • Are looking to expand into leadership, supervision, or program development

Applicants from outside Pennsylvania are welcome but should verify state-specific certification requirements.
