The program is tailor-made for busy working adults who may already be leading and managing in their organizations. The faculty have a combination of strong academic training and business experience and will challenge students to apply theories in the classroom to current or future employment.

The goal of the Master of Science Degree in Management and Leadership / Organizational Behavior is to provide graduate level instruction to students from any undergraduate major and allows students to gain leadership skills from a business perspective and understand the workings of business from a psychological standpoint.

What You'll Learn

  • Students will develop important leadership, communication, and organizational administrative skills in this multidisciplinary degree.
