Leagues
Leagues offers popular sports in a league format for the students at East Stroudsburg University.
Each team competes with other teams from ESU.
Teams are usually formed from a group of friends, residences halls, Greek Life, and student organizations.
Each team appoints a captain that is responsible for registering the team and being the liaison between the team and Sport Activities.
Each sport is divided into competitive and recreational divisions to offer sports to all students.
Each champion of each division will win a Champion T-Shirt!
