East Stroudsburg University’s minor in business analytics and partnership with SAS for certification is one of only two across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The minor and certification are intended to introduce students to the fundamentals of data management and analysis, data preparation and management, data mining, forecasting and how to prepare, develop, compare and deploy machine learning techniques.

SAS credentialing is free of charge, available only to those who complete a minor in business analytics. ESU’s College of Business and Management is proud to partner with SAS, a global leader in business analytics software and services, and the largest independent vendor in the business intelligence market. This collaboration offers students in all disciplines an opportunity to maximize their learning and earning potential with this certification.

SAS Certification Benefits

  • Validation of one’s expertise
  • Increased credibility in the employment market and become more competitive by meeting the current demands of business and industry
