State System, APSCUF Reach Tentative Agreement, Strike Ends

Late Friday afternoon, we received an announcement that the strike between the faculty union (APSCUF) and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education has been settled. Faculty members will return to work effective midnight tonight. For students that have regularly scheduled classes this weekend, report as scheduled. All other students should follow their class schedules starting Monday, October 24.

Immediate Decision Requirements

  1. Apply for admission online with a completed and submitted application confirmation
  2. Official High School Transcript
  3. SAT or ACT Scores
  4. Official College Transcripts if applicable

*SAT/ACT scores are optional except for the following programs:

Biology: Pre-Med - Biology: Pre-Physical Therapy
Biology: Pre-Physician Assistant - Computer Science
Computer Security - Mathematics (all concentrations)
Medical Technology - Pre-Nursing

If you completed the SATs prior to March 2016, your score will be converted via a College Board Concordance Table to the “new” SAT. Curious about how your score will translate? Check out the College Board provided Score Converter.

Immediate Decision Days provide participants the opportunity to come to campus, complete the application process for East Stroudsburg University (ESU), and receive an admission decision on-the-spot.

On-campus Interview times will be available from 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
