1. Application Phase:
    The Graduate College coordinates the application process for graduate degree and post-baccalaureate certification programs, including the Ed.D. in Educational Administration and Leadership. All doctoral candidates are expected to complete a Graduate School Application Packet including the following:
    1. On-line Application
    2. Official Undergraduate Transcript(s)
    3. Official Graduate Transcript(s) (master degree required)
    4. Two (2) Letters of Recommendation
    5. Resume
    6. Professional Goals Statement
  2. Acceptance Phase:
    The acceptance phase of the application process is competitive. As such, each candidate’s application packet will be reviewed by faculty representing the Professional and Secondary Education Department (PSED). Following this review, successful candidates will be invited to the campus of East Stroudsburg University to complete the following items:
    1. Group Interview
    2. Writing Sample
